Made from 80% Semillon, 19% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Chardonnay 

Sarah's Cuvée focuses on the 50 year old, dry farmed, head pruned Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Chardonnay to bring vibrant fruit to the fold.

With aromatics that open with stone fruit, peach and apricot, and a striking minerality, this wine has a luscious mid palate and will continue to evolve to flavors of melon and apple as it ages over an extended period of time.
