Sarah's Cuvée focuses on the 50 year old, dry farmed, head pruned Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Chardonnay to bring vibrant fruit to the fold.
The 2018 Chardonnay has delicately played fresh grapefruit, Golden Delicious apples and apricot scents with touches of shaved almonds and baker's yeast. Medium-bodied, the palate is elegant and fresh with just enough crunchy fruit and a zippy finish.

Blended of 65% Sémillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2017 White Blend Sarah’s Cuvée gives up scents of struck flint, crushed stones and baking bread over a core of chopped herbs and white peaches plus a waft of lemon zest. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a ton of herb-sparked peach flavors with a racy line of freshness and zesty burst on the finish.
Our much loved proprietary red wine "Right Bank" is releasing the 2019 vintage. 56% Cabernet Franc and 44% Merlot. Aged 18 months in 40% new french oak. 290 cases produced.

Todd says the 2019 is the most forward of our Napa Cabs to date! Start with a big lush round mouth feel and beautiful dark ripe fruit. Enjoy lots of big huge tannins, yet extremely soft and voluptuous on the palate. The medium plus French toast is evident but extremely well integrated showing perfect balance; this wine retains a really nice acid backbone to compliment the toasty oak and fruit. Decant this one directly in your mouth!
The 2019 Napa Cabernet is a beauty; made of 94.8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.8% Merlot and 2.4% Cabernet Franc and aged in French Oak barrels for 2 years.
